| Abstract | : | 本研究では、まず神経前駆細胞の分裂を促進するWntシグナリングの作用について詳細に検討した。これまでの報告では用いた実験系によりWntが神経前駆細胞の分裂を促進させるというものと、分裂を止めてニューロン分化を促進するという報告があり、見解が二分していた。そこで、本研究ではWnt以外のシグナルを出来るだけ排除するため化学合成培地にWnt3a蛋白質を添加した初代培養系細胞を用いることとした。 |
